The Spanish word “queso,” which meaning cheese, is where the word “quesadilla” originates. The quesadilla has changed over time to accommodate a number of ingredients, including meats, beans, and vegetables.
Quesadillas are now a widely consumed food item, notably in Tex-Mex cuisine. Although it is difficult to determine the dish’s actual origin or when it was created, it has been a staple in many nations and has been relished for generations in Mexico.
