QUESADIELLA

A tortilla and cheese were the sole ingredients used to make the first quesadillas in Mexico. Although its precise history is unknown, the quesadilla is thought to have originated in northern Mexico, namely in the state of Sonora. The Spanish word “queso,” which meaning cheese, is where the word “quesadilla” originates. The quesadilla has changed over time to accommodate a number of ingredients, including meats, beans, and vegetables.

Quesadillas are now a widely consumed food item, notably in Tex-Mex cuisine. Although it is difficult to determine the dish’s actual origin or when it was created, it has been a staple in many nations and has been relished for generations in Mexico.
